Our Two Types of Care
Psychological counselling
At Coordinated Healthcare, we provide expert psychological counselling services with registered psychologists. If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates, making our services more affordable.
Don’t have a Mental Health Care Plan? No problem. You can still access our counselling services by paying privately, and also if you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate. Our fees are based on a sliding scale, and in certain cases, we offer Bulk Billing to make mental health care accessible to everyone.
For your convenience, we offer psychological services primarily through Telehealth, including phone or video consultations. If you prefer, face-to-face counselling sessions can be arranged.

Care Management support
At Coordinated Healthcare, we offer dedicated care management support to ensure your healthcare needs are coordinated effectively. A professional care manager works with you and your carers to keep everyone informed and up to date with your care requirements.
We tailor our care management services to meet your specific needs. We assist in organising case conferences with your doctors and allied health professionals, help you maintain a single, organised medical record, and regularly check in to ensure you’re achieving your healthcare goals.
